I don't know if I am misunderstading you, but McMaster-Carr is not an unknown
source. They are an extremely reputable company that deals with shops and parts
stores mostly. If you were not talking about McMaster then never mind, I am just
blabbering.

I'd be scared to buy any nuts and bolts from an unknown source..There was a
big to do about nuts and bolts from countries without copyright laws...it
seems they duplicated nuts and bolts right down to the grade markings
including the high tensile strenght parts using the same "No Grade"
metal...Buyer Beware
