2 - I also need to have ny Tach and Speedo rebuilt. Where is a good
place for that?

Sunbeam Specialties will forward your tach or speedo to Smiths for
rebuilding for $95.00. Does your speedo need to be rebuilt or just
cleaned? I took mine out of the case and hosed it down with WD40 and
after wiping it clean, lubricated it with clock oil. It runs great
now---on the end of a drill. I'll know more in the spring when it goes
out on the road.

3 - Finally, the top (horizontal) portion of my dash cracked and needs
to be replaced. Where can I get that? Can I replace that without
replacing the entire dashboard? Thanks for any help...

Again, the SS catalogue lists the dash pad for $125.00
     Good luck
