When to and when not to.

I've read a great deal of the archives and have developed a few
questions.
1. Which gaskets should be put on with a sealant and which ones
shouldn't?
2. Which bolts should use locktite and which shouldn't?
3. Which bolts should use thread sealant and which shouldn't?

Also, I have installed the electronic ignition, and one I get it
started it seems to run better when warmed up, but seem harder to
start. Any thoughts. I know I need to set the timing but I dont have a
timing light.
