one of those 'long time listeners, first time callers'. I have two S-V
Alpines. One is "pretty complete" but not quite running (my kids and I
call it 'Alpie' - B395001105lrx), the other is a step above basket case
as it is missing a lot of stuff (like engine, trans, much interior,
dash, etc. etc.) (This one is called "B.C." for basket case) (ID stuff
missing too). Anyway, this past weekend I went into the garage to work
on Alpie and found to my surprise that a stray cat came into the garage
during this winter and had a litter of two kittens right on the driver's
seat inside Alpie. There they were, all taking refuge from the cold and
looking at me like 'please let us stay'. Well, we've named the mother
cat, "Simca", kitten no. 1, "Rootes" and kitten no. 2, "Lucas". At least
Simca has a fine eye for the better autos! Keith Woodcock

Welcome to the list Keith.Great story! What color are they? Is the one
named Lucas dark? I'm quite surprised you didn't call one "Tiger".
