I can't imagine why anyone would want to bring a perfectly good Sunbeam to
northern Vermont (Although there was a United held there) but I would be
happy to provide beer, tools, my years of expertise in disassembling
Alpines, beer and beer.
We do have a big car show up here in the fall, the British Invasion, in
Stowe. I have noticed a few Alpines there. Does anyone on the list go to
this event?
Kurt Eckert
Kurt - Have been to the British Invasion in Stowe, but the Sunbeam alpines
were limited to a few diehards in the parking area. To be a Sunbeam Alpine
fancier in the Northeast you have to look really hard to find someone who
either owns or knows these cars existed. Being the owner of 3 "proper Sunbeams"
puts me in the unenviable position to only be able to talk to myself. Thank
God for the Alpine Groups.
