where to insert switch

Since I'm adding wire to my harness anyway, I'd like to have a switch
that would interrupt all power into the dash, and disable (future) fuel
pump.

Is that possible on a single switch that I could mount up under the
dash? I know about the battery-terminal ones, but my battery will be
covered during normal use.

I looked over the schematic and can only guess that interrupting the NU
wire from A1 on the Regulator to the ignition switch would do it. Maybe?
