Chris,
A good "propah" MK Alpine can fetch in the $15,000.00 range and more in
England. Parts are not generally available in the U.S. so forget about VB,
Moss and the others. There is a club called Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Spares in
England that have a good supply of mechanical parts (spares) for these
cars. Body parts are limited to repair panel inserts. The cars are all
British Standard thread bolts or Whitworth which are still available at
special dealers. They are not difficult to sell as they are very unusual,
very distinctive with great classic lines. If you decide that you aren't
interested in this car, I know of someone who is.
Hope this helps. Take a look at my home page if you get a chance.
Regards,
Bob
