Since traffic is light I thought I'd pose this question.
My car has no VIN #, but a CA assigned # which begins with 65... No other
#'s are available, as the original engine was missing. The questionable DPO
said he really doesn't know the year, and guessed at 65. I've been told
that since it has a strap holding the spare tire as opposed to the screw in
the middle it is probably a late model SV. It does not have the Chrysler
pentastar, instead having the standard 1725 badges.
Any other ways I can determine a year? I'd like to call it a 66 since
that's when I was born :-).
