Rob= File or grind the rivets flush and punch them out with an 1/8" punch.
Once open clean the contact points, reassemble using a little RTV silicone,
to seal and 8/32 screws and nuts to hold it together. Then hook up to Bat.
and adjust the screw on top. Works every tine.--- Ed
