Yes, this person is still on the list and, yes, we are going to have the
7th Annual Oklahoma All British Car Show on June 4th and 5th, 1999. It
will once again be held at the Sportsman's Country Club in Oklahoma City
(same place as last
year) on Route 66. If anyone can attend, especially with a Rootes product,
give me a shout and I can give you directions to the show, as well as
registration information.
The Sunbeam class has been a little thin in the last couple of years,
having only my Tiger Mk1A and another Tiger Mk1. We could sure use some
others. Unfortunately, my Alpine Series V won't be ready yet as I'm just
getting to the opening steps of the restoration project (body and paint).
Oh well, there's always next year...
Ray, if your Alpine is ready, please bring it up. If you need a place to
stay, you could stay up here at the ol' "Circle S" (Sunbeam) ranch that
night. I have an open garage bay that you could put your car in, as well.
Just let me know.
