Rob,
That is perfectly normal oil pressure in both the cold and hot conditions.
The old Sunbeam Talbots run at about 35-40 psi hot and then as low as 5 psi
idling which is normal according to the shop manual. It is when you have no
oil pressure at idling or running speed that you should worry. You should
have no concerns. Just enjoy the experience of driving it on a beautiful day.
