Whitewalls ...Petronics?

I have the original spare with my Series II and it is a wide white wall.
It really looks good on the car.

I would like to find a set of four (I am pretty sure Coker offered a early
style Dunlop) that you could get the wide white wall on. Next set of
tires.....

I have been following the thread on Petronics. What is this exactly? I
have deduced that it is an electronic ignition setup for the Alpine but who
sells it? Cost? Do you have to run the resistor setup (yes, I have a Lucas
Sport on the SV).
