My dad use to sell these to used car dealers in the aftermarket. Some were
produced in Akron, OH by a company called- Bearfoot Corp. I have a set of
13" narrow whitewalls as a momento. I might be able to track some more
down if there's an interest.
Some of the port a walls were mounted between the rim and tire.
Some were mounted behind a trim ring.
