I have wire wheels, Is there an economical solution to seal the spoke nipple
holes except using inner tubes with radial tires?. The seat straps and
padding are also shot, I recall a thread on seat repair/rebuild but have been
unable to find it. Looking for advice. As you might guess this is a warm
weather unrestored daily driver.
