The aluminum oil pan from the GT is usable (and desirable) in the Series
cars.

The only real differences to remember are that the aluminum pan covers up the
entire bellhousing - no metal plate covering the lower part of the
bellhousing - no support rods. Two of the support rod holes in the
bellhousing line up with holes in the aluminum pan. Be sure to really
tighten these bolts to avoid vibration.
