My question is...Has any one printed out any of these remarks and sent them to
either Moss or V.B.?
I am in a service type business, if I don't know what every one thinks, I can't
cover my row. I have read all these posts' and often wondered? Some times it
takes a few well writen notes and from what I read it's terrible to bring a
company around. I have a competor in this area, hey these people are one of my
best sales people. Rotten service, bad products and an attitude that would bury
the Titanic. They have five to one sales reps' and still are behind. Sh.... I
hope they aren't reading this.

I whole heartly suggest for you guys that are POed about a product /service.
Send them all the retort you can find..
Then if they do not have a change of heart...down the tube
