Howdy Again:
I just sat in the Alpine and operated the overdrive (ingnition on/engine
both on and off) 25-30 times and now I can't get it NOT to work. Engine
compartment has completely cooled down. I wonder if the engine
compartment heat is somehow affecting the OD relay on the firewall? Do
they tend to be heat susceptible if they're going into a failure mode?
This is the onlty difference I can figure.
