Crack Gravy

Pinemasters,
Heh, what is that gray "crack putty" in all the engine compartment seams and
fender well areas. I will certainly loose it when I sand blast and I will
want to replace it after the primer stage.

Any recommendations on brand or what this "crack gravy" is really called.
