Hello all,
     Don't laugh at this, but I always assumed they were for those days when
you left the top down in a down pour! The tub would fill up, you take out
the rubber mats, open the plugs and squegee the water out! But the jig
location points make sense as well. I generally use them to pour out the
wiskey that is in the botttle before the highway patrolman can get to the
