Brakes and fluids

Okay, so I've rebuilt: wheel cylinders, master cylinders and now, I need to
do the power brake servo unit!!! Why? I was using DOT 3 brake fluid....I'm
so stupid.

Any trick to the servo rebuild I need to know about?
