Just a quick check of Glenn's Sunbeam-Hillman Tune-up Guide shows the caster
setting for Alpine I-IV to be positive 3-1/6 degrees; for Tiger 260, positive
4 degrees. Given that the Tiger/Alpine frame rails are the same, and the
crossmember piece is the same (except for steering rack mount cutouts on the
Tiger), then the wedges must be the difference.
Anybody have a manual with different numbers?
Dick Sanders
P.S. FYI - the same book shows the Imp camber to be positive 10 degrees!
