The things that are missing CANNOT be obtained without MUCH HASSLE and GREAT
EXPENSE.
From your description, I'd call it a parts car--of interest to someone who
already has one. If I was going to be "into" our proper 'pine anytime soon,
I'd maybe offer the guy five or six hundred for it, but certainly not twelve
hundred.
