Hi Paul,

My wheels are original Minilites, made by Minilite in England. I bought
them from Gary Schotland several years ago when he had a few sets for sale.
I'm not sure of the off-set, but can check if anyone needs to know.

Tom

<<Ricke, Tom,

The *size* of wheel is one thing. The *offset* or *backspace* is another
important thing for an Alpine.
For example:
The 14x6 Miniator wheels sold recently by VB had an offset suited to the
Alpine.
The 14x6 Superlites on my car have too much offset(18P), while the 14x6
Superlites on another Alpine I recently saw were 'just right' at 26P
(26mm positive offset), with spacers at the rear to equalise track.

From memory I think Jarrid worked out that you needed about 4 to 4.25in
backspace on a 6in wheel (at the front of the Alpine). The 26P wheels
would have had a touch over 4in backspace (half of 6=3in, plus 26mm
(~1in))

Tom, to help Ricke, are your wheels the Miniators? If not, what offset
do they have?

Cheers,
Paul
