     The first thing that I would do would be to pump the pedal and see if
that had an effect. Chances are you have air in your lines. This can result
from a bad clutch master and slave cylinder, or a cracked hyd line, usually
right at the slave cylinder connection. Have someone watch to see if the
lever moves while you depress the pedal. If it's not moving, then there is a
hyd failure. Hydraulics either work or they don't! If it moves, then it is
really stuck. Then do all the gut wrenching white knuckle stuff that
everyone else suggests.
