For those of you in or near the Great Lakes states , Sunday Sept. 12 is
the 17th annual Battle of the Brits at Freedom Hill Park in Sterling
Heights Michigan. This event is sponsored by the Detroit Triumph
Sportscar Club and the Metro Triumph Riders but is open to all British
cars and bikes. There will be 25 classes of cars including a Sunbeam
class . It sure would be nice to work some Alpines into the mix.
