Progress contined on the S3 this weekend. The SV is slowly coming apart.
It's very sad to see it winding down.
I found that the pins on the front emblems were a tad too long. So they
bottomed out in the clips before the back of the emblem hit the bonnet. I
cut off a little bit. Now it's much more flush - not perfect - but much
better.
One thing of note between the S3 and SV, on a bunch of things where the SV
screwed in with a machine screw, the fuse block for example, the S3 had
threaded nuts welded in. Which is kind of a bummer, because now I have to
go to the hardware store and find all these threaded screws, etc. But, I
guess it is a sign of their cost cutting as time when on.
