Hose clamps on an oil line of that diameter is a no no.

The engine oil pressure can top 75 PSI, and with the size of hose
on the SV cooler, that makes a lot of force.

A hose clamp just wont hold it (for long).

Consider your fix as temporary, and replace the hose with one from
a hydrolic supply ASAP.
Use ONLY fittings and band clamps for oil pressure hoses.
