Sorry for going off subject here but.....

I am looking to buy a used late model BMW M-3 and was wondering if anyone
knew if M-3s made for the Canadian market meet U.S. specs? I live about 1
1/2 hours from Montreal and from what I can tell the prices are
significantly cheaper there given the exchange rate.
