Sigh...didja ever have one of those weeks? last Friday my GF took the new
Grand Cherokee I bought her and backed it into a picnic table...$600 worth of
damage...Sunday her mom totals her car....tuesday I try to take my Fiat 128
to work, it jumps time and trashes the #4 intake valve...last night Im
trailering a friends Firebird to have a new motor installed...it rolls off
the trailer and into the tailgate of my Suburban...new
tailgate$540...junkyard part $680...go figure?!?...the slave cylinder Ive
waited all week for for my Racing Spridget was the wrong one...after I spent
30 minutes on the phone debating the correct part with the salesman (I was
right, should not have listened to him) so Sundays race is gonna put be
behind the wheel of a Toyota instead of an LBC as it is intended to
be...needless to say Im just leaving the new Alpine safe in the
garage...afraid to touch it until this wave of bad Karma is
over....sigh....just felt like venting...anyone else ever have one of those
weeks?
