Make sure you're using DOT 4 brake fluid. I learned that the hard way!!
Take the servo unit off, and apart! By removing the back cover, and the
vaccuum piston, you'll see if fluid has escaped into the air chamber. The
servo unit is pretty easy to work on. Good Luck!
