let the flames begin! I think that mentioning one or two items is not too
bad but I agree that long lists of part should be sent to those who are
requesting it. I don't see anything wrong in posting a message when you're
in need of parts and asking people to e-mail you directly. To me, the
auction thing takes away from the nostalgia of trading/selling parts, not
just for the money, but to help a fellow car buff in his quest to completing
his car.
