I don't think occasional eBay notices are out of line on the list, as
long as they aren't too long and pertain to Alpine parts that YOU are
selling. Please only one message to the list per auction. Gary's
message was perfectly fine if you ask me, but if he sent the same
message every day while his auctions were running we'd have to have a
little private chat...
I ask that you be sure to put the word "eBay" in the subject line.
In addition to the delete key, most mailer programs have automated
filtering mechanisms which can be configured to magically delete
messages containing various keywords in the subject line.
On the other hand, daily eBay updates posted to the list are not a
good idea IMHO. I'm not positive, but I think eBay has a notification
mechanism you can subscribe to which will email you when an item
meeting your criteria is listed for sale.
