Info about the Harrington Le Mans Camshaft
It is unused, have never been into an engine. When I found it on an autojumble I was very surprised, and I decided to built an engine around. Well, it is still in its paper tube because I have building 1725 five-bearing engines, and I am still not certain if it can be used that engine. There a slight difference between the 3-bearing and the 5-bearing engine oilpump and distributor gear as we all know.
It is dear to me, but maybe it is time to part with it.
The Lift is 7.5 m.m.
Sign on the camshaft: C MC22539 H 1960735 (an "N" under the MC 22539 numbers)
It has green paint between 7 and 8 lobes and red -yellow paint between middle bearing area and the fifth lobe. Anyone who recognise this??
Price??? (If I for the money could by a Holbay or Piper camshaft for 1725 engine?? I have to make some investigations.)
