Hey everyone,
        Ian and I just returned from a day at IRP and helping Eric Funk prep
his clean, Alpine race machine. Actually, I got to apply some new racing
numbers (#88) to the very cool, yellow and orange seriesII. Ian and I
also got to drive the car!!(Ian drove it off the trailer and I back on).
Eric is racing in a class of TR-4s and Bugeye Sprites, but the rain
really put a damper on any serious track testing. So Eric, Ian and
myself talked about Alpines and racing Alpines. We had a pretty good
time doing some bench racing. Anyway, thanks Eric for having us visit
you and good luck racing this weekend.
