The glass gets removed seperately. There are some stops set into the
window channel. Remove them with a screwdriver, then you should be able
to roll the window winder to a point where one of the sliders will line
up with a notch in the channel. Once that slider is out, you should be
able to get the other one. It's been a while since I've done this, but
you may have to loosen the front and rear window tracks as well. - Ian
