gas filler bezel

Sorry to be slow to respond. Had to go all the way out to the garage.

My Series 3 gas filler is high on the quarter panel.There is a downward
dish surrounding the hole in the panel. The bezel is 3 1/4 inches in
diameter and it sits in the hole in the dished portion like a grommet, with
the upper surface slightly above the sheet metal.

I see no evidence of screws or screw holes.
