Downdraught Zeniths, blanking plate needed

Hi all,

While talking carbs with Chuck N. I wondered if any listers could help
me with a little part I need for my carbs (Zenith downdraught). I need
one blanking plate from the top of the carb (the little round plate with
three screws around it).

Also, what else do I need to do to convert from WIA to WIP spec? I know
the jets are different, but surely I need to block off something under
the blanking plate. What is the best way of doing this? Has anyone else
done this mod that can hold my hand while I do it?
