My 1953 Sunbeam-Talbot Saloon has sagging leaf springs in the rear, and
I need to do something about them. I understand that they can be
re-tempered. Has anyone done this? Is this a good idea, or should I be
trying to replace them entirely? Are there any surprises lurking? If
re-tempering is acceptable, can anyone recommend a good outfit for doing
the job?
TIA,
Irv Kostal
