Bezel Reproduction: 3-D Cad data

I have been thinking about the reproduction of these acrylic bezels and have
one proposal but there are a couple of elements that would have to come
together. Basically, there are methods of prototyping for engineering
which would enable us to produce a small quanity of quality parts.

1) Generate 3-D data
2) NC mill patterns
3) Pour a rubber mold
4) Cast Acrylic parts (CG material)

I can reproduce a 3-D cad file of a set these bezels but I would need to
find some body with a NC mill to machine out the set (we just set up a
bridgeport machine in our shop but it will be a while before we're up and
running fully and getting down time may be tough)

I would be worried that we wouldn't get the "Crispness" of the corners of
the machined text (I am not sure about the smallest endmill we could run)
but there may be a technique to resolve this). And it might be better to
reverse screen print without milling the text in...

So the question is: Does any body have an NC mill that could take my 3-D
IGES info and generate the patterns?

Steve
