My old Furd Mustang seats were installed by someone using 3/4" plywood
bolted onto the stock channels on the floorboards. The seats were then
bolted to the plywood. I'd check clearances in the obvious places: width of
seat, width of back (especially where it intersects the posts to the top)
and also try and get an idea of how high up you will be (thickness of the
seat). I finally got rid of the seats and went back to stock, leather and
heated though, sounds really cushy . . .

Subject: Seating

I came across a pair of leather seats out of a Lexus ES300 at a wrecker on
the weekend. They are in extremely good condition and are $200.
Any views on trying to fit these into a Series V? Old Lord Lucas would
roll over in his grave at the thought of electric seats.

Seriously, any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.
