Your problem is your electric fuel pump.
It puts out too much pressure for the stromberg float, needle and seat.
Most electric fuel pumps produce over 5 psig static pressure.
Stromberg floats dont have much leverage on the seat, and cant
tolerate that amount of fuel pressure.
Get a fuel pump regulator and set it to 1.5 psig.
