I don't know, but I think it does. I've seen it used on bar tables with
collages on them, like beer coasters etc... I'm sure you could find out
about UV protection from the supplier.
This stuff works very good. When you apply it, there will be a lot of
bubbles. They will rise to the top as it dries. These bubbles can be
eliminated faster by gently blowing warm air on them. It dries very hard
and gives a very shiny surface. I think it is the same stuff that the
repro dashes are made with. (From Rick at S.S.) You'd have to check with
Rick on that. I have purchased these very nice dash boards from Rick
before and they have the very same finish that the one I made has.
