Jay, I measured my V6 alp (serV) and from the center of the hub to the lower
fender lip is 14 1/4". This front end is a Dale A, resto and being an inch
lower than what you have still "looks" high, which I believe is just an
illusion at this point....hi-arched sheet metal. One thing you can do is cut
the rubber donut in half which will lower the front by about a 1/2", but you
will notice a wee bit rougher ride...less dampening effect.
