What is the proper wire connections for a SV alternator? I was given a
site to view by Ron Tebo which shows a color schematic for this car, but
I am unsure of the use of 4 wires as opposed to 3 wires. When the alt
was rebuilt, only 3 wires were used as the yellow-brown wire was cut
short. According to the schematic, it should be used for a total of 4
wires, brown(hot) green-brown, yellow-brown, and purple. Any ideas? What
do you owners of SV think? Thanks Brent
