I don't think there are modern replacements that fit the original arm.
I simply kept the old metal strips that hold the rubber blade, bought
new replacement blades at the local parts store double the length of
the Alpine blade. I then removed the rubber from one of the new
inserts and put it on the original metal strip. Voila! New blades, as
original, and I get four for the price of two. All of this presumes,
of course, that the metal blade/arm is still in good order.
