Try Snake Oil (Products or Inc, I don't recall). They advertise in
Hemmings and carry every seatbelt known to man. They are expensive,
however.

I bought my Lucas style mirrors from VB. Pure junk. Had to have them
chromed because of the lousy stuff on them. Cheap. I still have not
put them on my car.
I refurbished my rearview. Had the base rechromed and painted the back
with krinkle paint. Looks great, like factory job. Just get the glass
out, cut a 1" rectangular hole in the backing plastic in the center.
Remove the rivets. Have the base chromed, replace the glass, rivet it
back together, then paint. Easy. BTW, you can't just mount any old
rearview to the same mount points as your Alpine.
