turn signal switch

My turn signal switch is broken. The Po apparently got the litle
plastic piece that holds the indicator up or down, but how do I get
the thing in? It seems that the pivot point should come off, but
it's on there pretty good.

Also, the "arm" or indicator switch "column" seems to be missing.
Anybody have an extra one?
