To everyone that replied, your right you are entitled to your opinion and I
appreciate them. Now as for my reasoning my car so all the books tops out at
about 95mph.
I like to road race SSCC (Silver State Classic Challenge). To win in
this race at the slowest tech speed I would have to average 90 mph over 90
miles , it is not going to happen with this setup. I'm planning within two
years running a 150mph average with this car (55 Alpine). To do this I am
installing an LS1 V8 from a salvaged Trans-am into the alpine with an
automatic trans. Im sorry some of you cant see doing this to an alpine but it
is my car and I don't want a Sunday driver I want to go fast in style.
