1725 head on a 1600 motor, do the larger valves help?

I have a couple of questions regarding performance of the 1600cc motor.

1) Is it worth putting a 1725cc head on the 1600cc motor in order to get the
slightly larger valves? I already have a set of lightened and tuliped
valves for the 1725cc head

2) If you were building a slightly hot motor but still needed it to be used
on the street on occasion, how light would you go with the flywheel?

3) Can somebody suggest a performance cam grind that could be used on the
street. I have two cams, one Hollywood cam and a Weber cam (webco???)
intake opens at 33BTDC, closes 87ABDC, exhaust opens 78BBDC, closes at
42ATDC - lift is .320", which both are suppose to be full race. I am
guessing niether would be suitible for "casual" use.

Thanks,

Steve Silverstein
