Have you tried MOSS Motors?
They sell an Overdrive Relay for Austin Healey and Triumph TR6 and probably
most others.
Moss Part Number 542-170 $22.95
The OD Relay is the same as the Horn Relay for a TR6 so I wouldn't be
surprised if the same was true for an Alpine.
The Relays in my TR6 look identical to the relays in my S1 Alpine.
